Giveaways are posts which promote a big giveaway. They contain images of the prizes being awarded and usually have more than one winner and runner ups and are worth more than $50 in prizes. Giveaways can be arranged by the author(s) or by me; whatever is more comfortable for the author(s). I frequently use a website called Rafflecopter which lets me create these giveaways and then embed the giveaway in my post. Rafflecopter is great to use as it really allows me to promote authors and their works. An example can be found here in the post Giveaway: Dead Ringer by Jessie Rosen.

 

If you would like to request one, please email me with the subject Giveaway Request and make sure to send the following items:

 

• a good quality cover image

• title of your novel and if it’s part of a series

• lots of information about your giveaway

• what the winner is receiving

• what the runner ups are winning

• image(s) of what your giving away
