Promotionals are the most basic of promotional posts which are short (excluding the review I usually add if I have one) and tell the reader about the novel and its author(s). They include a book cover image, number of pages, publication date, genre, blurb, where to buy the novel, how to get in touch with the author(s) and an 'about the author'. Each promotional post focuses on only one novel/novella. I usually combine a giveaway with a promotional post if the giveaway is small and features one novel/novella. The post then becomes a Promotional & Giveaway post. For example, here is Promotional & Giveaway: The Accidental Guest (Once Upon a Winter, #1) by Tilly Tennant.

 

If you would like to request one, please email me with the subject Promotional Request and make sure to send the following items:

 

• a good quality cover image

• title

• release/publication date

• number of pages

• one genre

• praise from reviewers, awards won or a small note from you

• blurb

• buy links

• an author photo

• a small bio about you

• social media links and website url

• newsletter subscription link (optional)

• a small paragraph about the giveaway (optional)

• a link to the giveaway (optional)

 

If you would like for the post to appear on a certain date, please include that, too.
